We recently completed a
project for the restaurants operated by the Deer Valley Ski Resort. Deer
Valley's commitment to the finest in food quality and service has set
the standard for dining in the ski industry. Consistently rated #1 in
food and beverage by readers of SKI magazine and by the Zagat Restaurant
Guide, Deer Valley's restaurants offer a variety of dining options. Deer
Valley's exceptional cuisine is complemented by the rustic elegance of
our three day loges - Snow Park lodge, our base facility; Silver Lake
Lodge, located mid-mountain and easily accessible by car or the
complimentary citywide bus; and Empire Canyon Lodge.
"Rustic Elegance" is where Saw'em, Sand'em and Screw'em
comes into the picture. Deer Valley asked us to create a series of
boards upon which to display such items as cheese, fruit and smoked
fish. Of course Deer Valley wanted nothing but the best, and
Saw'em, Sand'em and Screw'em delivered with paddleboards and a variety
of square display boards, all made of solid eastern hard maple and black
walnut. Each display board is banded with one inch of solid black
walnut. Paddleboards are 6" wide, 24" long and 1 ⅛" thick.
Display boards are 15", 18" or 24" square and all are ⅞" thick. All
boards are finished with three coats of Behlen Salad Bowel Finish, a
non-toxic food safe finish. |
